There's a fix for nested chapters, but other stuff is broken on the master branch for me. So I manually flattened the chapters.json

OSX make failing due to deprecated declarations?

For anyone who comes across this - removing `-Werror` flag from `src/CMakeLists.txt` fixes this - basically stops warnings (in this case deprecation warnings) being turned into errors which will kill...
