We now have a `--offline` flag (merged in #1044) so this is unblocked - time to figure out what's the next blocker 🙂

@deemp the format of the `BuildInfo` module has changed - previously the packages were contained in a record `buildInfo.packages`, now they are just in `packages`

I think the issue is that purs will just use the global Node installation when starting a repl, and Spago users have little control over that
Now, I am not sure if we can do anything about this, but for example we could have a look at how nvm sets the current Node executable, and try...
