New Name for Library

I tried to create a new github organization and the name sniffles is already taken. Not really a big deal as it isn't a Ruby library, but I'm thinking it...

I should have done this from the beginning, but I'd like to start using [TomDoc](http://tomdoc.org/) for library documentation. It is simple and expressive on top of being easy to remember...
