i'm trying same thing too but instead of booting an image i'm trying to boot it as a vtoy disk (i have a VHD made out of a bootable usb)...
Yeah As I removed the serene seasons mod it won't crash But textures are not loading for me I'm still diagnosing the problem by removing some mods
Oh it fixed by removing embeddium and it addons
