Not yet. The bug is still open which means I haven't gotten to it yet. If you want to get it fixed faster, I do accept pull requests :)
Adding my vote. Working in medium-sized public company using C# and runtime memory profiling would be very beneficial.

Technically that's not a new setting, that is an existing setting "Build Plate Adhesion Type" with the value set to "None".
