@yukoff in the future on experimental branch we want to move on full Laravel-stack, thus database migrations and seeding will be based on it.

Большая экосистема и коммьюнити - многое (например, админку) не придется писать самостоятельно. Относительно фронтенда - SPA на Vue смотрится крайне жизнеспособно в 2020 году.

@yukoff, that issue also goes into a migration plan for Laravel. Database collation will depend on it.
