[Insight] PHP classes should be short

9% of all classes are larger than 500 lines. Split them up to keep less than 5% large classes.

• TorrentPier\Legacy\Attach is 742 lines long
• TorrentPier\Legacy\SqlDb is 623 lines long
• TorrentPier\Legacy\Template is 605 lines long
