[WIP] Generate a Docker image for SportBukkit

This will be used as a base for PGM. Currently I have the image built as `ewized/sportbukkit` but we can change this once we have a place on https://hub.docker.com.

Nested src dir shows up in out dir

Using a nested *src dir* outputs the path in the *out dir*. Seams like changing `--source-root` does not solve the issue. ```sh swc src/deep/nested/ --out-dir out/ ``` ## Current output...
