Treatlife DS03 Only creates a single entity that doesn't actually work

**Describe the bug** When adding a TreatLife DS03 fan and Light combo switch, only a single entity for the fan is created. It doesn't actually work properly, but it's created....

Add the ability to pass the m3u with a direct stream option.

Absolutely love the combined m3u. Could there be an option to allow end users to access a load balanced direct stream to the provider rather than being proxied through this...
