The website appears Out of Memory

The tree size is around 477 KB, analyzed by BEAST. However, when I attempt to upload it, the website displays an "Out of Memory" error. My computer has 32 GB of RAM. I'm wondering if the issue is due to insufficient RAM or another reason. If I need to upgrade the RAM, how much should I increase it by?

It could be because the format is incorrect. Can you export your tree to one of the supported formats (e.g., newick) and try again? Let me know if the error persists.
