Export of trees to pdf and tiff is not working

Dear Evolview team, I am still unsing the old version of evolview (v2) because my files were not transferred to the new one (and you can't increase the circular span to "close" the tree (put it at 360°) in the new version). Now I have problems downloading my trees. It always appears a error message (Oops... an error has occurred, please try again later!!). Ich would be glad, if you could help me.

I just tried to export an example tree to PDF and TIFF, both worked fine. I wonder if your problem was caused by a large tree.

one workaround is to export your tree to SVG using either one of the two SVG buttons of the BASIC tab, and convert it to PDF or TIFF using a SVG editor.

Let me know if SVG exporting does not work.
