Experiencing the same, python 3.8. Can we think of some temporary workaround here? Maybe closing the MPI cluster manually after the c.shutdown or "request killing the workers/check worker count/repeat again...
Just hit this issue while playing with the feature. As an idea, maybe use **_ACR build capabilities_** out of the box? Maybe not a little too cloud-ish way to do...
