Use something like [omniauth-mediawiki](https://github.com/timwaters/omniauth-mediawiki) to allow login with a Wikimedia account.
This is particularly useful for politicians whose names are quite common and could return results related to other people (including other politicians).

Currently completed countries don't link anywhere. Once the report page is finished they should link to that instead.
