So we have source/source_identifier in the meta schema, it doesn't seems used and I wonder if it was planned to do something like that before ? cc @bapt

We do not expose the i2c device node currently. I have some almost finished work https://reviews.freebsd.org/D33053 that fixes this. I have no idea about nvidia.

Yes there is an open PR about this : https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=257796 (well looks like the problem root cause could be the same). Just didn't had time to fix this.

No, libdrm is only for userland. It might be good to test FreeBSD directly on your system, I don't have a tigerlake system myself but others have successfully used drm-kmod...
