Hi Perak, When changing the JSON source file content with meteor-kitchen UI, (ie: rename an element), the old element is not removed from meteor application directory after a meteor-kitchen build....

The support is only possible when enabling user language instead of 'en' with apikey login! This is to be done in user_model.php and is not part of this pull request.
