Confirmed this issue. It will be addressed by a future firmware update of affected platforms.

send data to midi out

The API does not currently provide access to MIDI output.

OSC_NOTEOFF not invoked until all keys are released

The NTS-1 handles MIDI notes in legato mode. Will interpret this as a request for non-legato mode.

`user_osc_param` does not expose velocity data

Velocity is currently not available in the oscillator runtime, but request noted.

Negative parameter values displayed as "999"

Will be fixed in a future update.
