Feature Request: Add Native ROS2 Support

Context With a significant user base transitioning to or already using ROS2, there's a growing demand for native ROS2 interfaces.

Requested features The integration would require:

1. Native ROS2 version of wavemap's ROS node, the wavemap_server
2. ROS2-Compatible Visualization Plugin: An update or a new plugin for wavemap that works with ROS2's visualization tool, Rviz2
3. Colcon Build System Support
