Maplab rovio structure localization

Dear sir, Does maplab rovio support structure based localization update like we give keypoints location and it rovio update using rerojection error. Will someone help on how to calculate the jacobian and pass it to rovio im learning about vi slam and want to experiment using indirect tracking not direct tracking in rovio. Thank you
