Kind of reminds me pattern matching, although it's not really the same thing. Is this supposed to be "VB version" of pattern matching or would VB eventually get both features?

I'm with @franzalex and I would also prefer to have the keyword on property and not on the class. Although I certainly welcome simplifying `INotifyPropertyChanged` properties, this is actually not...
