AM07 throws an error whe using `dbt_utils.union_relations` with `include` or `exclude` arguments

I have the same issue with - Snowflake - dbt_utils.union_relations - include

[ELE-188] Docker image requires `root` in order to run `edr`.

This is not actively worked on correct? Unfortunately I cannot contribute in this area
