readme.md does not seem full for running locally

So, I've done `make dist` and `make` but am not seeing how to run Hologram locally on my OSX. If I then experiment and try and run the **dist/hologram.js** using...

I think the Global "tab" could be placed next to LEN/BPM/RPP/RPB/Panic, to display both Global and Inst at the same time

macOS Monterey: Microphone input does not record anything into waveform

Hi, I've enabled Microphone input in Audio Settings, and when I press Record, all I get is this: (the Microphone input in macOS Audio settings is set to maximum, too)...

Prebuffer-button is visually smaller than Show browser, Settings... and Render...

expected: all buttons are same size visually

If recording buffer length is set to 10 and you start recording - expectation is that the 10 second timer starts counting down

Steps to replicate: 1. Set Recording buffer length to 10 seconds 2. Press Record Expected: The 10 second number starts counting down, denoting how long is left in the buffer

If you set Stretch amount to maximum (1024.0) - Render could offer "set to current stretch length" as a button

Expected: There's a way to render the "maximum length that you've set" by clicking on a button, instead of having to manually type in the number/length.

numbers in Render... are not centered in the textfield they are displayed in

Expected: numbers are centered vertically. now they're way too high

macOS native Experience: pressing CMD-, could open Audio Settings

Expected: if I'm using a "macOS Native" app, CMD-, would open the Settings of the app
