Playing with bond types somehow resulted in breaking of molecules into two halves. Not able to reproduce yet.

generateRandomID function has the potential to give back an id even if it already exists in the graph/molecule. Minor issue as the chances of it occurring is small, but still...

Need to figure out a way to test the API and then implement it.

Doesn't load subdirectory URLs properly.

If a solution runs longer then the allotted timeout it is stopped, but will be registered as a file output issue. Docker doesn't seem to be returning the right exit...
