convert-to-HTML is colorless

After running the command `:TOhtml` while using any colorbuddy scheme, the resulting html does not have syntax highlighting when opened in a browser.

Following the instructions to build the documentation initially failed on my system. Installing `dos2unix` and trying again fixed the issue.
