I think it's important enough to get it into the 2.0 release

I had the same issue and that's where the newest PRs came from (https://github.com/aditya7iyengar/rummage_phoenix/pull/59 & https://github.com/aditya7iyengar/rummage_ecto/pull/66) They work (I'm using them in production code), but they need to be documented....

Fair enough. Want to drop a code snippet in here (an example of overriding) and close this?
