Add the directory/drive containing your devices project files (eg. boot_out.txt, code.py) See ...\extensions\joedevivo.vscode-circuitpython-0.1.19-win32-x64\out\librarymanager\libraryManager.js:getProjectRoot() for better understanding of problem.
