WMIC was removed from Windows 10/11.  There's no other way to implement this feature without WMIC, or with the new 'Powershell for WMI'?

I think will be better to use like this. You will be able to pass type to refs (LoaderRef and ScrollerRef), will receive typed result and have typed props.
