Partially fixed with https://github.com/equeim/libtremotesf/commit/635e9c5c767ef1f81194f84066471cb8553363c9 (actual number of active web seeds is not displayed it the UI, but torrents will be now correctly displayed as active).
Translations are managed on Transifex, I just forgot to remove Weblate project. I could revive it, but I see no point in supporting two translations platforms simultaniously.
