The title is always a URL when auto-fetched from Zhihu. For example, [this URL](https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/706260369). Does anyone know how to fix it? thx.

really enjoy the plugin ... Could you support syntax similar to [MkDocs' Content tabs](https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/reference/content-tabs/#content-tabs) ? 

When I encounter an unfamiliar word on a website and try to mark it using "Mark as Unknown", nothing happens. Is this the expected behavior? I tested it on both...
