Just realized that there is a `PSEi` ticker on [phisix](http://phisix-api2.appspot.com/stocks.json) so this should be accessible already from phisix. However, there's still an issue since the table that contains sample data...

This should already be handled from the "next day open assumption" implemented in this merged [PR](https://github.com/enzoampil/fastquant/pull/239).
