@Rigo-m btw did you look at [this way](https://v3.nuxtjs.org/guide/directory-structure/plugins#vue-plugins) of setting GTM? @jvrsolis this is a bug per-se, did you report it? Meta-charset and few other tags should be the first...

I want to point out that this is a general nuxt Windows-specific bug , I only have this on my Windows machine, and I have it with any module.
