We currently use [NcDateTimePickerNative](https://nextcloud-vue-components.netlify.app/#/Components/NcPickers?id=ncdatetimepickernative) which doesn't let us change the display format, from what I see. I think we need to use [NcDateTimePicker](https://nextcloud-vue-components.netlify.app/#/Components/NcPickers?id=ncdatetimepicker) to enable this.

I realize this is still a draft, but just wondering if this PR adds pagination **or** virtual scrolling? There seems to be a mismatch between the title and the commit...
