The parcel concept may be underused as most DMs will roll for treasure after the encounter (assuming the party wins), its only really useful if the DM prepares the treasure...

Armor should apply a bonus/malus to armor class rather than override "naked" AC

Maybe not change the database, just calculate the "armour bonus" as 9-DAC or AAC-10 (not sure about that, but you get the idea), and then use it

Feature Request: Drop Spell into Inventory Panel for Scroll

In OSE you can have up to 3 spells on a scroll, so perhaps treating scrolls as containers?
