Hello @sippsolutions, Thank you for the report and collaboration! As described in mysql documentation [here](https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/charset-unicode-utf8mb3.html), utf8mb3 encoding is deprecated and utf8mb4 should be used. Hence confirming this issue. Thank you.
