I assume you're on windows, because I've had similar issues (32x15 works fine on linux). Try 8x30, it's the closest I've gotten.

The module is fine, code doesn't magically break out of nowhere. Supportxmr's public node has been down for months, hence the connection errors. Just need to set a different node...
