Added key bindings for underlying comint mode to support scrolling through the command history using M-up and M-down. Preserves the existing functionality of the up/down keys.

Not sure if this is a part of my emacs setup or if it's something in inf-mongo - is there a way to fix this? I don't ever use up/down...
