Self-hosted Grafana has this integration. It's a simple webhook. This is the ONLY thing that keeps our organization from migrating to AWS Managed Grafana.

@rpractice, We also tried that one. AWS Grafana creates an SNS event, it triggers an AWS Lambda function, and that in turn calls an MS Teams webhook. It works but...
