i guess discord doesn't let you read channel messages via the bot. probably we hit some limits with the bot and discord blocked this function for us.

i think pytools/balancer.py is compatible with python3. update p3-paramiko and try again. you need to rename config_p3.py to config.py in pytools folder. apt install python3-paramiko
