No default stylesheet when installed

Selecting _Default stylesheet_ in settings doesn't work: there is no stylesheet applied. Maybe a wrong stylesheet path. Only occurs with system-wide installations with ppa.

A disabled scrollbar for code when syntax highlighting is disabled. 

The default stylesheet has no type for quotes: ``` > Alea jacta est. ```
