Some people proposed a distraction-free mode

@emersion i would love to implement this feature, what are the things that you would like to see in distraction free mode?

I think one thing shoud be to maximize the available screen space (fullscreen + no toolbar, no line number

We'll need a custom CSS file and design for this mode. any input is welcome.
