I think this is a good idea. [postpush](https://onsen.io/v2/api/js/ons-navigator.html#event-postpush) has `event.enterPage` so a solution would be to add `event.enterPage` to prepush as well.

Closing as mostly done and probably does not need an issue to track it now.

@aiba Thank you for the bug report This is probably an issue with OnsenUI/onsen.io but I'll leave the issue in this repo for now until further investigation.
