Encryption problem

I think this is because the AES encryption has been set to use [ECB mode](https://github.com/mbdavid/LiteDB/blob/10a8dfb1824e147a4525d90d6a606bf07df6ad46/LiteDB/Engine/Disk/Streams/AesStream.cs#L67-L69) rather than the default of CBC mode. ECB mode [is most certainly **insecure** for this...
