Self hosted web based collaborative video review tool
The easiest way to implement would be to have FFMPEG convert audio files into a waveform video, and images into still videos.
Adding the ability to display either embedded subtitles or external .srt files to include in the reviews, since this is a common step in video production these days.
You can currently download a video by right-clicking on the player, but users might look for the functionality in the listing's ellipsis-popup menu instead.
To support `logrotate` better, logger should listen to SIGUSR1 and upon receiving it, close and repopen the log file (if not printing to stdout).
