Passing user parameters of the parent chart to the subchart (without using global)

was already using jinja-2 to set dynamic vars in values.yaml ( for example different environments). Will just expand job to parse sub-chart values.yaml. easy enough. Probably why a fix isn't...

Looks like just `boto3-1.21.2` and `botocore-1.24.2` were AWS specific dependencies. Between Alibaba, GCP and Azure, looks like 30+ other dependencies were pulled down

This error is occurring after cloning the repo and following the basic directions on running from docker. If other things are needed to run this correctly ( still not sure...
