`emacs-plus` already [has this](https://github.com/d12frosted/homebrew-emacs-plus#system-appearance-change). Any other OS except windows it's a pot luck if a user has a way to specify dark/light preference (GNOME is currently the outlier)

Currently yes, [here](https://github.com/elken/discljord-template/blob/master/resources/elken/discljord_template/build/deps.tmpl) is the templated `deps.edn` file that gets generated. Also included is `clojure.build` support to create a deployable uberjar.
