`add_workflow()` is not documented yet - I myself only learned about it very recently, and raised #186 to flag that we need to fix that gap in the documentation
Other digital twin projects learned about at the EOSC Symposium: DT-GEO are using pyCOMPSs for their workflows, which can produce RO-Crates, I'm not sure if any of these are published...
