should be upgraded to django 1.11

it is true it doesnt work with django 2.0 but it does work with 1.11 so i think it would be best to upgrade requirements to LTS 1.11

selfish request, but the current layout can be cumbersome to travel i personally always scrape documentations to pdf so i can either print them to highlight them or have them...
