How to apply mmaction to live camera for action recognition?

Hi, I want to do action recognition on live camera in real time? Do you have any suggestions? Thanks~

The inference speed is slower when upgrade to pytorch>1.5

I pull the latest codes from [c7b294a](https://github.com/WXinlong/SOLO/commit/c7b294a311bfbc59b982b29dc9d12eff42ca0acb) , update base image to pytorch/pytorch:1.8.1-cuda11.1-cudnn8-devel. Found that the inference speed is 30% slower than before: pytorch/pytorch:1.3-cuda10.1-cudnn7-devel. 1.6.0-cuda10.1-cudnn7-devel and 1.8.1-cuda10.2-cudnn7-devel are also slower.
