[BUG]: first column of the X-axis is missing

**Describe the bug** I have entered 7 mesh points for the X-axis and these are also output on the `G29 T` or `M420 V`. However, only columns 1-6 are displayed...

I would have a FR. However, since feathub has technical problems, I cannot log in to post it. How or where should I submit the FR?

If I set an offset, this is only kept until the next start of the pi. After that it is back at 0.

It would be nice, when some values has additional display-trigger. For example, only show if - bed is over XXX °C - nozzle is over XXX °C - CPU is...
