The boss issue still happens but everything else seems to work properly now.
Didn't fix it. Same behavior as before.
Yea, I figured that might be the case so I was making new saves each time.
Also trying to load a save that was created while a boss was present crashes it. Also don't know how I accidentally closed this.
Haven't encountered any more crashes, and can't get the wave to advance by loading a save created when a boss is on the field. But saves created without any bosses...
