Let's give the links a bit more space so they can be in one line.  We should also change: `Output` -> Stdout `Errors` -> Stderr

Also in the table `Runtime` should be just `Time`

We have a lot of naming inconsistencies when creating a session. Also, email shouldn't be treated as the default way.
